Proving IP

The Engelberg Center on Innovation Law & Policy presents its annual symposium on Proving IP: The Evidence We Use and Should Use. Proving IP will explore the most interesting, novel, or challenging proof questions that arise in litigation, administrative proceedings, policymaking, and legislation. The Symposium will bring together scholars, practitioners, and experts with firsthand experience translating legal theory into legal practice.
